Leadership Begins in the Kitchen When you are creating a meal, there are a number of things you need to consider prior to making the meal.
These are all elements that a leader needs to conscientiously to take into account when preparing a meal. Like any other talent, for some this comes easy, and for others, very difficult. However, by practicing this over a lifetime, these behaviors can become second nature. These behaviors are directly transferable to other settings like managing major information technology projects, building bridges, or teaching children. |
